The rolling hills, Tuscan architecture, and the way the light moves across the property in the late afternoon make it feel as though you have been transported straight to the Italian countryside without ever leaving Central Florida.
As a Central Florida wedding photographer, I've photographed celebrations throughout this property, and it continues to be one I look forward to returning to. Bella Collina sits among nearly 1,900 acres of rolling hills and century old oak trees just outside Orlando. The moment you drive through the gates, the entire feeling of the day shifts. The stone architecture, ivy covered pillars, cypress trees, and wide open views make this one of the most romantic properties I get to photograph in Central Florida. More importantly, it never feels trendy. It feels timeless.
What makes Bella Collina so special from a wedding day perspective is how many different experiences can happen without ever leaving the property. You might begin with portraits in the courtyard, share a private first look overlooking the hills, exchange vows on the Grand Lawn, enjoy cocktail hour beside the Reflection Pool, and step away together for a few minutes of golden hour portraits before returning to your guests.

Floor to ceiling windows fill the room with light throughout the day, and the space can accommodate up to 180 guests for either a ceremony or reception.
It is especially appealing for summer weddings when Florida's heat makes an indoor reception feel very welcome, while still giving you a space that feels bright, warm, and connected to the surrounding property. From a photography perspective, those windows are wonderful. They allow natural light to move through the room and help maintain that soft, timeless feeling throughout your gallery even once the celebration moves indoors.

One of the most understated and elegant spaces on the property, this outdoor space overlooks Italian cypress trees and the surrounding hills, seating up to 170 guests for a ceremony. The overhead market lights bring warmth and romance to the space as the sun sets, and because it connects directly to the Formal Ballroom, couples can move from an outdoor ceremony into an indoor reception without guests ever feeling shuttled somewhere new.

The Reflection Pool is one of the quieter corners of Bella Collina and one I love for couples drawn to something a little more intimate. Framed by towering Italian cypress trees with views toward the rolling hills of Montverde and the golf course beyond, the space can accommodate up to 50 guests. There is also a nearby fire pit that becomes especially beautiful as the sun begins to set. Compared with the openness of the Grand Lawn, the Reflection Pool feels tucked away and peaceful. It is also a beautiful area to visit for portraits when you want a few quiet moments together before returning to your guests.

For something more intimate, the Wine Cellar feels entirely different from the rest of Bella Collina. Curved stone walls, warm lighting, and old world details make the space feel as though it belongs inside a European winery.
